DELETE YOUR SCRAPS ACCOUNT AND DATA
You can request deletion of your SCRAPS player account and associated personal data at any time.
REQUEST DELETION IN THE APP
For a SCRAPS username-and-password account, open Profile, choose Delete Account, enter your current password and confirm the request. No email to support is required. We process deletion within 30 days and send confirmation to your account email. Your request includes the account, progress, inventory, profile and shared content across platforms.
Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases or cancel store subscriptions. Manage any subscriptions and refund requests through the store where you bought them.
OTHER ACCOUNTS OR LOST ACCESS
- Email fishvicious3@gmail.com with the subject SCRAPS account deletion request.
- Include your in-game callsign and any player identifier shown in your profile. If your request concerns an optional web wallet account, include only the public wallet address. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
- We may ask you to verify control of the account so another person cannot delete it without permission.
WHAT IS DELETED
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the player profile and associated saved gameplay, inventory, settings, and support data that we are not required to retain.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
Limited purchase, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted from the blockchain. Apple and Google Play purchase histories are controlled by their respective stores under their own policies.
